Join the Design and Test Software team in a marketing leadership role as a Product Manager for our Keysight Measurement Framework (KMF) Software. You will be responsible for leading the product planning and potentially product ownership effort on KMF for maximum overall market and Keysight solution adoption.
The ideal candidate will be a proven team player that can:
:Embody the customer: Be a voice and advocate for the customer in team settings to effectively represent and communicate customer perspectives, value and priorities.
:Superb interpersonal, oral, written, presentation and organizational skills.
:Leadership ability to mobilize and energize team members to accomplish a shared goal.
:Strong product management through owning profitability, pricing, discontinuance plans, and sales tool and technical training strategy. Owns marketing:related product decisions (messaging, product structure, etc.) throughout the KMF product lifecycle.
:Performs periodic sales analysis, stays current on customer and application trends, and monitors competition as a way to clarify our differentiation and keep one step ahead.
:Capable of representing Keysight software offerings in discussions with customers, partners and our channel.
:Work cross organizationally to collaborate and develop business opportunities across Keysight:
:A good understanding or ability to quickly understand how customers use Keysight HW and SW products to generate and measure simple and complex waveforms in the time, frequency, and modulation domains and across a variety of industries.
:Ability to lead product introductions by working with the greater Keysight marketing, develop impactful marketing and launch plans, which incorporate regional variations and needs.
:A high level of initiative and ability to work alone, in small groups, and on large teams.
:Superior project and time management skills.
:Solid familiarity with Keysight test and measurement signal source and analyzer products and the ability to extend the KMF model across other instrument families.
:Capable of Reducing broad concepts, business strategies into structured product marketing projects
:Leads the design/ delivery of new product marketing programs/ projects; is the key technical contributor
:Solves complex, high impact program/ process design/ development problems

Job Qualifications 13;
:Bachelors or Master Degree in engineering or equivalent.
:Continued education in product marketing a plus.
:7+ years of Test and Measurement marketing and/or technical experience
:5+ years experience as product manager or planner
:Awareness of different customer research tools including confidence in interviewing customers and distilling input effectively
:Understanding of customer product lifecycle and customer demographics
:Demonstrated Project Management skills, with the ability to manage the details of multiple mini:projects at the same time
:Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, influencing, training, presentation and customer:facing skills
:Experienced in collateral (datasheet, web, video) content creation and production
:Familiarity of product structure and pricing processes
:Understanding of channel practices
:Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision making 13;
