IT and Transit Applications Administrator $72,404 - $101,365 DOE This position is responsible for Community Transit's ongoing systems administration and day-to-day operations of transit technology systems, as well as delivery and support of Community Transit's mid-tier and end-point technical infrastructure. This position works closely with Transit Technology personnel throughout the testing and implementation phases of various transit system technologies. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. 3 years of work experience in administering networks or systems 5 years of work experience in an IT support role interfacing daily with end users in person, over the phone and via email. 5 years of work experience in Windows configuration, repair, and troubleshooting 5 years of work experience troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware, software, and network problems. Ability to work outside of normal business hours to support critical systems and transit applications as required. Ability to drive a Community Transit company vehicle Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. 1st consideration September 6.
